Items purchased directly from Hornby can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Submit a return through the online portal using your order number and postcode; returns go via DPD with return shipping fees starting from £4.95, deducted or payable per return unless the item is faulty or damaged. Outbound shipping charges are not refunded, and approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

Click & Collect to a DPD pick-up point costs £3.95 for next-working-day collection if ordered before 5:30pm Monday–Friday or 11:30am weekends, and Express Delivery costs £7.95 under the same cut-off times. Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, and Channel Islands may take extra transit days.
