Mercury Holidays regularly releases promotional discount codes during sales events, including savings of up to £200 per person on selected tours or cruises. You can enter a code in the promotion code field online or quote it by phone. Only one promo code can be used per booking; codes apply to new bookings only for adults aged 12 and over and cannot be combined with other discounts or special offers.

For bookings made more than 12 weeks before departure, Mercury Holidays allows spread payments with a deposit starting from £250 per person for beach holidays and £295 per person for escorted tours, river cruises, fly-drive, and multi-centre trips. The remaining balance is due 12 weeks before departure. Bookings made within 12 weeks must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Mercury Holidays accepts Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and direct bank transfer. Balance payments for existing bookings can also be paid by cheque, and American Express is not accepted. There are no admin fees or payment surcharges on any payment method.

If you find the exact same holiday cheaper with another ABTA-bonded and ATOL-licensed holiday company within 24 hours of booking, email the price match address listed in the guarantee with proof such as a screenshot. Mercury Holidays will match the price and refund the difference, or cancel the booking with a full refund if it cannot match. The comparison must cover identical flights, airport, airline, baggage allowance, resort transfer, accommodation, occupancy, board basis, and travel dates, and it excludes competitor voucher or loyalty discounts and groups of more than 9 people.
