Goldcar accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards, as well as Visa and MasterCard debit cards depending on the collection location. The primary driver named on the contract must be the cardholder; contactless payments, virtual cards, American Express, Diners Club, Postepay, prepaid cards, and cash are not accepted.
Bookings can be cancelled online prior to vehicle collection by logging into the customer portal and selecting "Active Reservations" followed by "Cancel Reservation". Note that non-refundable rates, such as "Crazy" rates, cannot be modified or cancelled.
