Returns must be completed within 30 days of purchase or delivery, and items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Eligible online orders and surplus packs from Flooring Superstore-fitted purchases qualify for a 100% refund, whereas unopened packs from self-fit orders receive a 50% refund. Return delivery costs are the customer's responsibility.
